Welcome to Haullytics, a product of Dravenik Technologies LLC. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Haullytics ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dravenik Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of Haullytics.
Haullytics is a web-based trucking operations management platform that provides load tracking, expense management, AI-powered document scanning, IFTA reporting, driver pay calculations, and fleet analytics for owner-operators and small trucking companies.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from uploaded documents (rate confirmations, receipts). AI extraction is provided as an assistive tool and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all AI-extracted data before saving. Haullytics does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-processed information.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Maps (for distance calculations and address lookups), Stripe (for payment processing), FMCSA (for broker MC number verification), and Google Gmail API (for sending driver communications). Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
Haullytics offers an optional Gmail integration that allows company owners to send driver communications (rate confirmations, load assignments) from their own Gmail address. This feature uses Google OAuth 2.0 and requests only the following permissions:
Haullytics does not access, read, scan, index, or delete any of your Gmail messages, drafts, labels, or attachments. The integration is strictly limited to sending outbound emails that you authorize through the platform (e.g., driver rate confirmations). No email content from your inbox is ever retrieved or stored by Haullytics.
You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from Company Settings. Upon disconnection, your OAuth refresh token is immediately deleted from our systems and Haullytics loses the ability to send emails on your behalf. Driver emails will then fall back to our default sender ([email protected]).
Haullytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Haullytics supports three account roles: Owner (full access, billing management), Dispatcher (operational access, limited deletion rights), and Driver (view-only access to assigned truck data). The account creator is the Owner and is responsible for managing team access.
Haullytics offers multiple paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Fleet, and Enterprise). All new accounts start with a 14-day free Pro trial. After the trial, accounts auto-revert to the Starter plan ($29/mo) unless the user upgrades. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will have limited access until you select a new plan. Your data is retained regardless of plan status.
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (loads, expenses, documents, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
You may export your data at any time in CSV format through the Export Data feature. We will not hold your data hostage.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED DATA EXTRACTIONS ARE APPROXIMATE AND SHOULD BE VERIFIED BY THE USER.
Haullytics is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal service. The financial calculations, IFTA reports, and other data provided are tools to assist your operations. You are responsible for verifying all financial data and consulting qualified professionals for tax and legal matters.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAVENIK TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Dravenik Technologies LLC is registered, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
